I've said this before but I swear a switch has turned from OFF to ON in my mind! I'm wanting to work out a lot more and be active in general. Work out as in walking, hahah. Still though, walking is good! So far today I've woken up and gone to the doctor, I've lost 3 lbs this month. Not necessarily 'good' but hey, I'll take it. This month will be different though. I came home, walked the dog for an hour, and talked to Drake on the phone. The downside so far of today is that I ate a whole can of beefaroni and now I'm having coffee. Dinner will be a salad. My INR is 3.8 when it's supposed to be between 2-3 so a salad will not only be the healthier choice foodwise but it will kick my inr back down to the normal level for me. I'm going to walk two miles tonight I think.
