Tips-
1. Weigh yourself the same time every day/weekend. You're the lightest in the morning.
2. Exercise is most efficient in the morning.
- Make sure you eat AFTER you work-out. If you have nothing to work off (ex: breakfast) you're burning calories+fat off of parts of your body. When you're working out after you eat you're having to work off what you ate just to get to fat that you needed to work out in the first place.
3. Be sure and eat within an hour of when you wake up. Eat your dinner at LEAST 3 hours before you go to bed. Try and keep an in-sync schedule of the times that you eat. Your body will be used to this schedule, and it will learn to be hungry at that time of the day.
4. Want to boost your metabolism? Drink a tall glass of ice water. Your body will burn calories to heat up the water in your stomach. Try and do this after you get up, weigh yourself, work out, and then eat. This is when your body is getting sluggish and your metabolism is slow.
