"The truth will set you free." We've heard this more times than we can even count and I dare say that we probably even believe it somewhere deep down within. The inner truth, the authentic self, is the most important aspect of your entire existence, and when you are true to yourself then you will have no choice but to be true to those around you. You'll be true in business, in education, and most of all in your relationships. Honesty is more than the absence of lies and deception, but rather the fruition of authenticity. Let's face is, we've all seen couples who always strive to promote truth and honesty, who, in the end, never last. Why is this? Its because truth is more than the absence of lies. It is authenticity. Who you are comes from within and does not come from those in your life. Never be less than that. Never become un-authentic.

I enjoyed this post. Many people forget the value of being themselves. It's quite shameful. The bird feeder picture is awesome! Seems like the weather here hasn't affected that much...or is that snow in the background? :)
